There is a nice example, except of the aggressive cooperation with inkjet ink manufacturers by the Impact mixer, we realize the need of ink makers, we adopt the “Drop-on-Demand Piezoelectric inkjet printing technology” and launch Digiprint T1 UV inkjet digital printing system. Thanks to the characters of “Drop on demand” and “Direct printing”. Novel and valuable materials can be printed on substrate precisely in order to save the material cost and processing time. We have successfully integrated the Digiprint T1 Digital printer into an industrial printing system for optical disc media production. Environmental-friendly UV ink can be printed directly on the disc without the cost of prepress job as conventional screen or offset printer. Water-proofing image with high resolution can be printed on disc just after receiving the electronic file from customer.

Continuous ink supply

Level sensor was equipped in a buffer bottle to monitoring the ink level, ink can be pump into ink buffer bottle from the changeable ink supply bottle without interruption of operation.
