We successfully integrate and utilize the “Drop-on-demand” UV inkjet technology in order to print high quality images onto optical disc media with UV curable ink. Instead of conventional silkscreen or offset printing, electronic image can be printed on disc directly and economically without cost of films, screen plate and relevant pre-press job by our Digi-print T1 Digital Printer™. This technology applies to other industries such as flexible electronics, RFID, OLED, Color filter, etc..
