Impact Mixer™ contains a hydraulic pump which drives the product at constant pressure into interaction chamber, process pressure ranging from 20 up to 200 Mpa can be selected with simple turn of a knob. Within the interaction chamber are specially designed fixed geometry with micro channels through which product accelerates to high velocities, creating shear and impact forces as the product stream “impact” itself and on wear-resistant surfaces, it brings the desired results. The benefits of Impact Mixer™ include faster processing time, smaller and uniform particle size and distribution, moreover, no contamination.
